Natural ways to treat insomnia (summarised):

1) Meditate for 15 minutes before going to bed.
2) Do a small prayer to reduce stress
3) As far as possible, go to bed by 10p.m. (fairly impossible)
4) Have king-size breakfast, medium-sized lunch, and small dinner.
5) Listen to calm soothing music
6) Drink lots of water (BEFORE 6p.m.)
7) Exercise regularly.
8) Soak feet in warm water
9) Read chunni's blog (you probably fall asleep halfway through:)

I read an article saying one needs only 7 minutes to fall asleep.
However I took hoursssss ):
